Suite rates are per night and based on double occupancy. These rates do not include 6.9% Colorado sales tax, 1.9% lodging tax, nor a 15% gratuity fee (the 15% gratuity fee is distributed to the Guest House Staff based upon their hours worked during your visit).

These rates include the following:

• Breakfast
• Lunch – upon request
• Dinner
• Entertainment room , pool table, arcade, outdoor cascading hot tub facility, relax around African fire pit under the stars.
• One on site activity per day per adult (up to three hours for each activity).  All activities are guided, and require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for scheduling. Guided activities include: horseback riding, skeet and trap shooting, archery, fishing, nature and snowshoe hikes, snowmobile and ATV tours.
• Suite rate reduced $200 for single occupancy
• Additional per person charge:  Under 12 -- $100; Over 12 -- $200

Suite Information

• China, Japan, Santa Fe, and France Suites have one queen bed
• America has one king bed and is an extra large suite
• Spain and South Pacific Suites have king beds, plus the South Pacific Suite guest bedroom has one queen bed.  Both suites (Spain and South Pacific) have steam showers and fireplaces
• England has two queen beds
• All suites have whirlpool tubs, walk-in closets, in-room safes, in-room bars with ice machine and mini-refrigerator, satellite television, pullout couch beds, and wireless internet access
• Most suites have balconies with seating
