Suite rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Breakfast is included in these rates. All activities are charged on an incidental basis. These rates do not include 6.9% Colorado sales tax, 1.9% lodging tax, nor a 15% gratuity fee (the 15% gratuity fee is distributed to the Guest House Staff based upon their hours worked during your visit).
Additional per person charge: Under 12 -- $75; Over 12 -- $150
There is no reduction for single occupancy
Suite Information
China, Japan, Santa Fe, and France Suites have one queen bed
America has one king bed
Spain and South Pacific Suites have king beds, plus the South Pacific Suite guest bedroom has one queen bed. Both suites (Spain and South Pacific) have steam showers and fireplaces
England has two queen beds
All suites have whirlpool tubs, walk-in closets, in-room safes, in-room bars with ice machine and mini-refrigerator, satellite television, pullout couch beds, and wireless internet access
